Steuart's Uterine Flush is a natural enzyme surfactant that aids in the cleansing of the postpartum uterus of a cow. 

Directions: Infuse 30 to 60cc into the uterus of the postpartum cow. Repeat the procedure in 7 days if necessary. The cow will normally strain for a few minutes after infusion. 

Contains no antibiotics/no milk withholding
